The thing about coloring, or drawing, in ms paint, is to just not think of the fact that your just working with pixels and cant use things like opacity. It just takes abit of trial and error to get the right colors, and there are a few technices that you can use to get rid of those... annoying white dots that apeer between lines sometimes.
And the overal tip that can change a picture from being a crappy picture, to being a clean and crisp good picture
